(no subject)

[A kid with dark, slicked back hair and an unhealthy amount of twitchiness about him sits quietly on a Xanadu park bench in the early afternoon (because everyone loev backdating), alternately smoking and drinking coke. From an oldschool glass bottle, and everything! When he lifts up the bottle and the sleeve of his jean jacket falls down past his right wrist, a dark rash that engulfs his hand up to the second knuckle of each of his fingers becomes visible. When he sets the coke back down and the sleeve covers it up again, rinse and repeat, until he realizes other people can walk by and see it (in which case he will be hiding it in his pocket.)

Until then he's back to smoking and... wait for it, wait for it! Hell yeah, he's bored enough to start blowing smoke rings. Someone distract him, stat!]

[ooc: Hi! Would anyone care to join me for a delicious plate of Open Action Spam? I really need to get Johnny out and establish some more CR, but he's mostly too shy to comment around, so... :( help me, Obi-Wan Kepoly. You're my only hope!

ALSO: He is very, very infected and cursed! cough. but he doesn't really keep up with the network because he reads pretty slow etc, so he doesn't realize he should be quarantining himself yet.]

Must be interestin' conversation; you keepin' your mouth shut and Johnny not sayin' anything.

Ponyboy? Dally? Shoot, I-

I--

[Nervous shifting, followed by the sound of someone slapping down their pockets in search of cigarettes; eureka! Hiss of a match being struck, and shaky breathing.]

Ain't there supposed to be clouds here? Or... fire? Ain't I dead yet?

[ooc: Open for action by the fountain! And voice replies, too, but it's going to be a long while before Johnny figures out how to work a network device; I mean, the handheld calculator was first invented in 1967. Laptops, not so much.]
